PLEASE TAKE NOTICE in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 240 of the Laws of 2006, the Chester Fire District shall hold a public hearing to discuss the contents of its proposed budget for 2011. The public hearing will be conducted at the Chester Fire District’s office located at 1410 Kings Highway, Sugar Loaf, New York, 10981 at 7:00PM on October 19, 2010. A copy of the proposed budget is available at the office of the Town Clerk of the Towns of Chester, Goshen, and Blooming Grove and at the office of the Fire District Treasurer where it may be inspected by any interested person during business hours. In addition, copies of the proposed budget for 2011 will be available at the aforesaid public hearing. All interested persons are invited to attend.
