Please take notice that on August 2, 2010, the Chester Fire District approved a resolution subject to permissive referendum to withdraw up to $90,000 from a capital reserve fund for the repair of flooring at the Sugary Loaf Fire House and the Walton Engine Firehouse. Should there be no sufficient opposition to this resolution within thirty days of the date of this publication; the funds shall be approved for use.
